From 6 to 8 October, the Ensana Aquahouse hotel will host the fourth edition of the Youth Culinary Academy – an initiative aimed at young people with an interest in the culinary arts and professional development within the hotel and restaurant sector.
For the fourth year running, the academy will give participants the opportunity to immerse themselves in the world of professional cuisine, acquire new knowledge and practical skills, and meet established chefs and industry professionals.

Three days dedicated to culinary development
Over the course of three days, from 14:30 to 17:30, participants will take part in practical sessions, learn more about the chef’s profession and gain a real insight into working in a professional kitchen.
This year’s event will take place at the Ensana Aquahouse Hotel, where the young participants will experience a professional environment and enhance their knowledge and skills through hands-on experience and meetings with established professionals.
Who is the academy aimed at?
The Youth Culinary Academy is aimed at young people aged between 15 and 29 who want to take their first steps in the culinary arts or develop their career in this field.
The initiative provides opportunities for training, inspiration and the exchange of experiences, encouraging young talents to discover their potential and develop their skills in the dynamic world of culinary arts and hospitality.
